Before you begin

Is my TIDAL or Qobuz login separate or shared?
You receive your own login credentials for the service account assigned to you. You do not share the same login with another AudiophileStream customer.
Which is better, TIDAL or Qobuz?
Both offer excellent lossless and Hi-Res streaming with large music catalogues. The best choice usually comes down to catalogue, app experience, recommendations, and personal preference. Compare TIDAL and Qobuz, or choose Flex to experience both through one membership.
What is Flex?
Flex combines TIDAL and Qobuz into one AudiophileStream membership. Choose which service starts active, then request a switch to the other with at least 7 days between completed switches. See how Flex works.
Do I get both services with Flex?
You get access to both options through one Flex membership, but only one service is active at a time. For example: TIDAL, switch to Qobuz, then switch back to TIDAL later.
How often can I switch with Flex?
There is no fixed number of switches. Wait at least 7 days after a completed switch before requesting another one. Switching has no additional fee, does not change your membership expiry date, and is usually completed within approximately 30 minutes.
How do I install the TIDAL or Qobuz app in India?
Use our illustrated instructions for Android, iPhone or iPad, Windows, and Mac. The steps include the correct downloads and any device-specific settings you may need. View installation guides.
Can I use TIDAL or Qobuz with my streamer or Hi-Fi system?
